Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that returns the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.

Our hosting systems create standard logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to run the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Washington agencies, county records offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Each destination applies its own privacy terms to information submitted there. Our policy does not control those sites. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third-party company.
When Information Is Shared
Vendors that host or support the site process logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose data in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise share visitor information.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Since visitors do not create accounts, Washington People Search holds no site password or user profile for an attacker to obtain.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted such information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your location may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides rights for consumer health data, including access and deletion, consent rules, an appeal, and limits on sale and geofencing. It is not a universal privacy or people-search deletion law. Because we retain little information, we can check our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Washington state, county, and city public records are outside our control; direct any lawful correction, redaction, or removal request to the custodian.
